Hello everyone!
This is my first journal entry, so, firstly, sorry for my bad english and secondly, thank you for "watching" my works! I really appreciate this! Honestly. I noticed that most of you likes my "Armors & Suits Fanart", and this is awesome! Currently, there are 22 armors in the folder, but this is only the beginning. I have about 20 sketches of the other armors, and sooner or late I`ll draw it.
But I`d like to know, what kind of armor you want to see in my gallery. I`ll watch your suggestions and, who knows, may be I`ll draw it. The armor or suits must be interesting and remarkable.
Thank you! And have a nice day, ...or evening

I found this anime accidentally, and I liked its design. Both "factions" have quite remarkable uniforms.

Listen, I am not sure if you read a lot of books, but there is an interesting fiction series by an author by the name of Jeff Vandermeer taking place in a fictional city by the name of Ambergris.

The books blur the line between science fiction and fantasy as the humans in the city apparently have technology ranging from the late-1800s in the first book to the early 20th century by the third book.

There are three books taking place within the city and the first book is a collection of short stories looking at the history of Ambergris and some of the bizarre things about the city in the eyes of various characters. The second book takes place thirty years later and it is a novel that focuses on the war between two major mercantile factions that serve as importers to the city and how it divides up the population. In the third book, the original non-human inhabitants (grey caps) of Ambergris rise up and occupy the city in the chaos that resulted from the war in the second book and start rounding up the humans and putting them into labor camps as the grey caps have imposed a sort of martial law.

While the Ambergris series could be called fantasy, there is no mention of magic or spells within the series, and while the technology of the grey caps is fungus-based, it seems to be derived from genetically engineering the native fungi of the city. In the third book, the grey caps have fungus guns, fungus cameras, fungus spores, a fungus "mail" system at their disposal, and they have even created "partials" from human sympathizers. Partials are humans that have had some of their body parts replaced by grey cap fungal biotechnology. I am not sure if you ever do soldiers from books or literature, but I think that this would be an interesting source of inspiration for you.
